More questions and answers
Is the price I see the price I pay?

Yes. Our prices are all-in: the price on the seating plan is what you pay, no surprises and nothing added at checkout. Where possible, we try and offer discount tickets.

Is it better to sit in the Stalls or the Circle?

It depends on the theatre and the show. Not all theatres have a Circle. Our general guide is that the Stalls put you closest to the actors, though the front rows often mean looking up, and the back rows can sit under the Circle above. The front of the Dress Circle (the Royal Circle in some theatres) often gives the best view of the whole stage, which matters for big dance numbers. Our overall preference is the middle of the Stalls, which works for most shows.

How do my tickets arrive?

When you book, you'll get a confirmation email. Some tickets follow as e-tickets within minutes, others arrive around 24 hours before the show. Either way, your phone is enough at the door. If they haven't arrived by the day before, check your junk folder, then call us on 020 7193 9050 and we'll sort it.

Can I change or cancel my tickets?

Most tickets can't be exchanged or refunded, which is standard across the industry rather than a rule of ours. If the performance is cancelled, you get a credit voucher for the full amount, or you can ask for a refund instead. Just let us know within 10 days of receiving the voucher. If your plans change, call us as early as you can: the more notice, the more we can usually do.

Can I buy tickets on the day, or over the phone?

Yes to both. Our Tonight list shows what's on today, and on the day a call is often quickest, because we can check what's left and book it while you're on the line. 020 7193 9050, Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm, Sunday 10am to 8pm.

Are tickets cheaper on the day?

Not usually. The cheapest seats for a popular show tend to go weeks ahead, so on the day it's often only a handful of the more expensive seats that are left. Quieter shows sometimes have good seats late on. If your dates are flexible, call us and we'll check what's there.
