Access and Facilities at the Hippodrome Casino

Now playing: Magic Mike Live * From £48 Book tickets

The theatre has a step-free entrance on Little Newport Street and lifts to both levels. Access bookings are handled by the venue, not by us: book them with the show's own access team through the official Magic Mike Live site.

Step-free entrance

Use Little Newport Street, at the back of the building. The show's own entrance on Cranbourn Street has a step with no handrail, and the main casino entrance has steps too, but from Little Newport Street the lifts take you to every floor, the theatre included.

By tube, Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus both have steps. Green Park is the closest step-free station, and at Charing Cross every platform is step-free.

Wheelchair places on the Main Floor

Up to four, either side of the stage on the Main Floor, and accessible seats are available at every performance, booked with the show's own team. The Upper Level has none, though its front row has no steps if you come through Door 2 from the Little Newport Street lift.

Accessible toilets

The Main Floor's is at the Penny Bar, on the theatre's floor. Upper Level ticket holders have one beside the Macau Lounge lift, down two steps. The lifts reach the toilets on every floor.

Hearing and sight

The theatre has an infra-red hearing system, and you can collect a neck loop from the theatre staff to use with your hearing aid.

Magic Mike Live schedules captioned, signed and audio-described performances through the year, and the audio-described ones start with a touch tour an hour before. The dates are on Magic Mike Live's own page.

Assistance dogs and help with queuing

Assistance dogs are welcome. It's a loud, busy show with strobe lighting and smoke, so let the venue know before you come. If you find it hard to stand or queue, you can go in early and be seated.

Bars and drinks

Drinks are served at your seat during the show, on both levels, and you pay at the end. Before the show, the Penny Bar and the Permission Lounge are on the same floor as the theatre, and the Heliot Steak House is just opposite. There's no food or drink from outside allowed in.

Bags and the cloakroom

Every bag is searched at the theatre door, and professional cameras aren't allowed in. There's a free cloakroom for coats and small bags.
